LOGOS Players 18th Dinner Theatre Production – The Imaginary Invalid

The LOGOS players are excited to present our next Dinner Theatre for a Cause production.   We will be presenting Molière’s farce, The Imaginary Invalid.   Show dates will be October 27, 28, 29 & November 3, 4, 5.   We have just held auditions and are confirming our cast, but it will involve not only many of your LOGOS favorites, but we are glad to have some of the cast of Shakespeare in the Park joining us.

We are also in negotiations to name our partner charity, but are targeting medical assistance as our focal point.

Please come join us for this next production and here is a storyline summary:

Monssier Argan is an imaginary invalid – in deed. He is a hypochondriac suffering pains in every part of his body.  He wants his daughter Angelique to marry the stupid son of a doctor, and not Cleante the man she truly loves. Argan’s second wife Beline, would like to put Angelique in a convent. But through the tricks and hijinks of Toinette the maid and Beralde, Argan’s brother, all of the schemers are exposed and in the process the cast and audience have a rollicking good time..  -Dave Jordan, Director
